Pv21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the pv21 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and pv21 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pv21 platform — including the website, mobile app, games, Sports Betting, lottery, and virtual sports — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the platform immediately. pv21 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The pv21 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. pv21 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account that does not comply with this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pv21. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False information — including invalid names, phone numbers, or payment details — may result in account suspension or closure. pv21 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or utility bill.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact pv21 support immediately at [email protected]. pv21 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.
User Responsibilities in Platform Use
Users agree not to use the pv21 platform for any unlawful or illegal purpose. Specific prohibitions include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate platform systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it.
- Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including verifying an account using borrowed or falsified information.
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of any related balances at pv21's sole discretion.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on pv21 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, and MAE. The list of active payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe indicated during the transaction process. pv21 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers, network issues, or technical failures beyond our control.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the pv21 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. pv21 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including identity document checks.
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to an account is subject to separate wagering requirements. Funds credited as a bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met. pv21 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse.
Pv21 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, pv21 may freeze the account balance while an investigation is conducted.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The pv21 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. pv21 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the inability to access the platform, technical disruptions, or unfavourable game outcomes.
Under no circumstances shall pv21's total liability to a user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account balance at the time the claim is made. pv21 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
Users acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk. Game and betting results are final once confirmed by the system. pv21 will not reverse valid outcomes unless a technical error can be demonstrated on our part.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the pv21 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of pv21 or our licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from pv21.
The pv21 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pv21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by pv21.
Suspension, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
Suspension and Closure by pv21
Pv21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms and conditions or related platform policies.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- Inaccurate or unverifiable registration information.
- Legal action or requests from relevant authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a violation, pv21 reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance while an investigation is conducted. If no violation is proven, the eligible net balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
Account Closure by User
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pv21 support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in pv21's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be referred to negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or another mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
Pv21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
